About Us...

Hidden Hills Farm is located minutes from Lake St. Clair in the beautiful municipality of Chatham-Kent, Ontario, Canada. We are producers of tomatoes, sugar beets, wheat, corn and soy beans.

Our family consists of my wife Colette, who has put up with me for over 20 years, myself, our daughter and two sons.

Our venture into livestock started in the spring of 2007 with the goal of my children receiving a "learning experience or life skill". We at present have alpacas, goats, donkeys, miniature goats and an assortment of ducks and chickens.

Leclair Custom Crop Services is an integral part of my family farm business, as being diversified has paid in the past as I expect it will in the future. I can at your request do everything from plant to harvest.

For example I have a 100ft Willmar sprayer; newer no till drill with scale and auto steer; combine with air reel to minimize losses at harvest which is also auto steer guided and I do custom harvesting of sugar beets.

At this time with my wife and children's blessing I am heavily involved with three great volunteer organizations.

I feel that my interaction with these organizations has greatly improved my "life skills", and the friendship of the wonderful people I've met will last a lifetime. I am a Director of the Chatham-Kent Integrated Children's Services Foundation, a Member of Chatham-Kent Strategic Planning Committee and a Director with the United Way of Chatham-Kent.

A little more info in regards to United Way is that last year I had the great pleasure to be involved with the launching of the "Bushels of Hope Campaign". This campaign allows farmers to participate by giving a small portion of their crop and helping the less fortunate of Chatham-Kent. 2009 will be the second year of the "Bushels of Hope Campaign" and hopefully we will expand it to include many more producers.
